Submitting an order inquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed order or contract of sale. All order inquiries are subject to:

• Current inventory availability at time of confirmation
• Pricing confirmation by our team
• Delivery scheduling availability

A sale is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Fillmore Valley Nursery and any applicable payment arrangements have been agreed upon.

Pricing displayed or quoted is subject to change without notice. Volume pricing and promotions are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. All prices quoted are in US Dollars.

Fillmore Valley Nursery reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Delivery is subject to availability, scheduling, and coverage area. Delivery fees are quoted per order and depend on location, quantity, and logistics. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, demand, or other factors.

Risk of loss or damage to plants passes to the buyer upon delivery to the designated location. The buyer is responsible for ensuring adequate site access for delivery vehicles.

All plants are inspected prior to delivery and are supplied in healthy, nursery condition. Fillmore Valley Nursery does not guarantee plant survival after delivery, as post-purchase survival depends on planting conditions, irrigation, soil preparation, and maintenance outside our control.

If you have concerns about the condition of plants upon delivery, contact us immediately at the time of delivery before planting.

Due to the perishable nature of plant material, returns are generally not accepted once delivery has been made. Order cancellations must be made before delivery is scheduled and confirmed with our team. Cancellation requests made after delivery scheduling may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Fillmore Valley Nursery's liability for any claim arising from the purchase or delivery of plant material is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific plants in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including loss of profits, landscape project delays, or costs of replacement landscaping.
