Dierama pulcherrimum

Angel's Fishing Rod is a graceful, clump-forming corm that looks stunning planted near water features or hanging over retaining walls. It resents root disturbance, so plant it where it can remain permanently. It prefers moist, rich soil that does not dry out completely in summer, combined with full sun. The corms take a few years to establish before putting on a significant floral display, so patience is required. Cut back old, dead leaves in late winter before new growth emerges.
