Pork and Beans (Sedum rubrotinctum) is a cheerful, spreading succulent whose jelly-bean-like leaves turn bright cherry red when stressed by full sun, drought, or cool temperatures. If grown in shade or overwatered, it will stay completely green and become weak. The leaves are incredibly fragile and will fall off at the slightest touch, but don't throw them away-every fallen leaf will root and grow into a brand new plant! Ensure excellent drainage and water only when the soil is completely bone dry.
